It didn&#8217;t help at all. I wasn&#8217;t able to sleep because I became wide awake and then the vertigo got bad again. However, I woke up this morning, took the Meclazine again, and I have been almost vertigo-free today! I feel very drained and weak though&#8230; It was raining for most of the day, so I&#8217;m achy.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m really tired so I&#8217;m going to go to sleep.
